Ever come back from a perfect few days away and feel the calm disappear almost instantly? 😅

We had the loveliest time away with our little gang ❤️

Sun, laughs, zero routine and it was just what we needed. It actually made me realise, I’ve never really shared much about the people behind it all. So here we are… myself, Dermot, and our two little ones 🫶

But if you’re anything like me, coming home hits you with that back to reality feeling fairly quick 😅
The washing pile, the routine, the mental load… it all creeps back in.

And this is exactly why I always say, we NEED to build in time to reset, not just wait for holidays to feel human again.

For me, that’s where the flotation pods come in. One hour of switching off, no noise, no pressure, just some proper headspace.

Just a couple of reviews from some really lovely clients ✨

It will never get old seeing the impact floating can have on different people. People coming in from all walks of life… but really wanting the same thing in the end,
To switch off.

For some it’s pain relief or recovery, for others it’s just a quiet hour to themselves, and for a lot of people it’s finally getting a break from the constant noise.

It’s hard to explain what floating feels like… because it’s not like anything else.

The floating itself, the silence, the weightlessness, the way your body fully lets go…

And the calm that stays with you after.

You don’t realise how much noise you live in
until you feel what real quiet does to your body.

Because these days even our rest, isn’t really rest anymore.

Coffee. Doom scroll. Gym. Social plans.
All good.
But it’s just not still.
