I am excited to invite both you and like minded souls to a morning of transformative dance followed by a short shamanic meditation.
Feeling heavy/overehelmed/in need of change.....the need to move 🤔🤔
Following our natural Rythm we will shake off what no longer serves us.....following the sounds of classical music and more. Our bodies are designed to move....and often we need to move before we can move on or process. 💃💃💃🕺🕺
Location will be disclosed after booking....private location...perfect if you are uncertain or dont like crowds.... or being on show.
