✨️A slow, spacious and meditative floor based practice designed to help you release the weekend and gently prepare for the week ahead.

✨️In this class we gently stretch specific areas of the body for a few minutes at a time, resting in long quiet, meditative holds that gently work the connective tissues such as the fascia, ligaments and tendons.

✨️The Meridians (energy pathways) are stimulated, allowing Qi (energy) to flow more freely, supporting a deeper sense of calm, balance and ease.

✨️You will be guided with care & offered options throughout, making the practice suitable for all levels

✨️This is your invitation to slow down, soften and return inwards.
✨️Here stillness becomes the teacher.

Iv been sitting with this change for a while and have decided my little space on Instagram is evolving from Yoga with Tracey to Om Croí Yoga ✨️ A name that feels more aligned with what I want to share.

Om Croí blending 2 powerful meanings:

Om 🕉 The universal sound grounding us in presence. It is seen as the sound of all creation and source of all existence. Often regarded as the greatest of all Mantras.

Croí 💜 The Irish Word for heart.

To me Om Croí Yoga represents creating space within, a space where we come together, to slow down, soften and reconnect with ourselves.

Continuing to share my love for Yin Yoga with more offerings coming soon 🤍
