Dinner tonight was a real family favourite πŸ§‘β€πŸ§‘β€πŸ§’β€πŸ§’πŸ’›

I made my delicious chicken curry and rice using my β€œChip Shop Curry” recipe πŸ€— Honestly, it’s such a good dupe for the classic McDonnells tub 😍

I served it with one of my last Slimming World naan breads (Healthy Extra Fibre choice) β€” I stocked up when I was in Belfast a few weeks ago πŸ™ˆ

And just to say… my rice is actually a mix of regular rice and cauliflower rice 🌱✨ such an easy way to add in some speed without loads of extra prep!

Creamy Chicken, Bacon and Mushroom Pasta.
I used the Knorr Fast & Flavourful paste for the first time. It’s 1 Β½ Swips per tbsp. It is concentrated, so add a little at a time to get your desired taste. Does anyone actually know how to measure a portion of pasta? 🀣 It’s an unsolved mystery. I always cook enough to feed the village. πŸ€¦πŸ»β€β™€οΈ This recipe was for 4 people and worked out at 1 Healthy Extra Calcium Choice plus 1 Swip. Adjust the recipe to suit yourself and your quantities. Enjoy! πŸ€—
