We often think about nutrition, supplements, and exercise when it comes to supporting immunity.
But sleep may be one of the most important factors.
Researchers followed 156 healthy adults, tracked their sleep for 14 days, then exposed them to a common cold virus.
Those sleeping less than 7 hours per night were nearly 3 times more likely to develop a cold, while poor sleep quality was associated with an even greater increase in risk.
A good reminder that supporting health starts with the basics.
