Thanks everyone who has come out and supported me for my first month.

Here’s a few behind the scenes of getting set up before I had the clinic sorted.

There are always doubts when going out on your own. I’m so glad I made the leap and took a chance.

I’m not sure what the next few months will bring, but if I keep getting such great clients and it keeps going as it is going, I’m excited for the future!

Deciding to stop playing rugby when I moved back to Ireland was a tough decision. 3 concussions and becoming a dad really changed my perspective. Finding running and being able to bring Síofra along too has been a life saver

**Get to know me**
My name is Liam and I moved to Banagher when I was 12. And although I am only a blow-in, I am a Banagher man through!

I am a keen sportsman and have competed at a high level in Athletics and Rugby. My rugby days are behind me at this stage, but I am now an active member of Banagher AC and I serve as development officer for the senior and juvenile clubs.

Professionally, I have just come back from Abu Dhabi where I served as the Head of Sport, Physical Education and Health at . Here I enjoyed working with students from diverse cultural backgrounds, combining academic knowledge with real-world application. I also opened an Athletic Therapy Clinic for members of where I saw a variety of cases from ACL ruptures to achy backs!

I hold BSc in Athletic and Rehabilitation Therapy and have a strong foundation in performance, injury prevention, and rehabilitation. I have experience working with all types of people - from professional athletes, to the general public.
I aim to provide evidence-based treatment and therapies and/or personal training focused on building strength, resilience, and longevity so you can keep moving at your best!
