I’m so excited to share the schedule for my final 6-week block of Pilates and Breathwork in Bantry before a summer break.
This is a wonderful chance for new participants to join and experience mindful movement and breath.
There is something for everyone! Chair Pilates, beginner, mixed level or men’s Pilates classes.
I also will be available for 1:1 coaching in functional movement and functional breathing sessions.
