Starting Wednesday May 13th, evenings from 7:30pm-8:30pm
Yoga for men focuses on building functional strength, increasing flexibility in tight areas like hips and hamstrings, improving balance, and reducing stress. It often emphasizes structural alignment over extreme flexibility, making it an effective, low-impact complement to weightlifting or sports.

I have 19 yrs teaching experience. I have taught sport teams, boxing, rugby, football also I have experience with runners. I can help if you have limited mobility, knee/hip replacement history, osteoporosis.
