Hi everyone I’ve just started renting the beautiful Beech room on Tuesdays in the Equinox Centre in Bray. As some of you know I’ve been busy studying and I am now certified and insured in orthopaedic sports therapy and adult cranial.

A usual session consists of a full body treatment for postural realignment and optimising workload distribution. Working specifically with any structural findings along the way and tailored towards the specific needs of each patient.

We finish the session with some cranial work which aims to improve the patients cranial rhythm and helps reboot the parasympathetic nervous system which is also know as our “rest and digest”. This aids the body’s natural healing mechanisms and enhances recovery.
