Just finished another fantastic week of Mallorca Training Camps with Oliver Harkin and Ciaran Campbell hosting athletes from Belpark, Wicklow and Down Triathlon Clubs.
Fantastic weather, loads of training in the sunshine and friendships made.
Looking forward to meeting everyone again at races over the summer.

A home from home at this stage as this is our 12th year hosting these camps and Lanzarote never disappoints. Even turned up the winds a notch at the start of the week to keep us honest!
Still loads of smiles and miles clocked up though.

Easier day today with a sunrise run before breakfast then hit the pool later.

A few photos of Roisin Kelleher looking way too happy as she storms her way round the Ironman 70.3 World Championships in Marbella last week.
With a fantastic finishing time of 5hrs 23mins on a tough hilly and windy course, Roisin also managed to bag some Strava segment records for her descending along with some World class kudos!!

Seven of toed the start line of a cold and wet Dublin Marathon last Sunday morning.
Some chasing PBs, some chasing a first Marathon finish, others just jogging round the course to close out their season.
We ended up with 3 athletes smashing their PBs!

Congratulations too to Ethon Mc Grane on completing his first Marathon!

As if the Lost Sheep Half Ironman wasn't hard enough, throw in rough seas, tough winds and relentless rain to make this years addition extra special!!

Fantastic racing by Roisin Kelleher who finished 2nd Female overall at Saturdays race.

A solid swim in the tough conditions, Roisin powered her way round the challenging hilly bike course before claiming the 2nd step of the podium with her consistent strong run.

A massive confidence boost for Roisin who's a couple of training blocks out from racing in this year's Ironman 70.3 World Championships in Marbella

Also, well done to Anthony Gar who also toed the line and produced a solid first race back after a bit of a break from Triathlon.

World Masters Mountain Running Championships held in the Dolomites Italy.

15.5km race with 750m elevation.

World AG Silver medal!!

Will just let that sink in there for a bit!!

Massive congratulations Hazel Stapleton on a fantastic race yesterday.
Last year she claimed 3rd so we're gunning for 1st next year!!

Most normal people who've been hit by a car when out on their last long training run before an Ironman, cracking ribs and badly hurting their back wouldn't even bother travelling to the event let alone starting it!

Jenny Elliott York ain't normal!!
Loaded up on some painkillers (TUE in hand), she not only started but finished in a fantastic time of 13hrs 20mins!! at yesterday's Ironman Copenhagen!
