Footwork is usually the first exercise in a reformer session. It builds your foundation - how to track knees, how to press evenly through feet, how to stabilise pelvis, & how to connect lower body to core. It can feel repetitive. Footwork helps you to truely feel the movement in your body. Remember slower movements are effective.
