Exploring...

When we start accepting ourselves, accepting our bodies, and trusting them, we begin to release the tension and expectations that society has placed on us for centuries.

And the body knows.

It softens. It becomes more flexible. Stronger. More alive.

Because we're no longer moving to lose weight or to look a certain way.
We move to connect. We move to listen. We move to feel.

✨ Coming home to ourselves 🧘🏽‍♀️

SelfAcceptance

Yoga doesn’t change the world around me.
It changes how I meet it.

You’re not bad at making decisions.
You’re just the one who always makes them.
For work.
For family.
For plans.
For emotions.
For everyone.
That constant choosing drains more than you think.
Decision fatigue isn’t dramatic.
It’s subtle.
It sounds like “anything is fine”
when nothing actually feels fine.
This week, remove one decision from your day.
Plan it. Automate it. Delegate it.
Give your system a break.
_____

No eres mala tomando decisiones.
Delegala.
Dale un descanso a tu sistema.

Change is part of transformation.
When I was younger, I thought consistency meant remaining the same.
Loyal to a version of myself, even when it no longer fit.
I confused coherence with rigidity.
I stayed where I had already outgrown myself.
Today, I understand this:
As human beings, as energy, we are in constant change.
And there is nothing wrong with that.
That is the beauty.
Today, I choose to be consistent with myself
with my needs, with my body, with what is asking to be heard.
I listen now.
I respond with care.
I do what is best for my whole being.
And in that listening, there is an apology -
to the parts of me I ignored,
to the moments I stayed silent,
to the body that always knew.
I’m learning to love myself not for who I was,
but for who I allow myself to become.

_____

Estoy aprendiendo a amarme

You can’t heal what you can’t feel.
Most high-functioning adults aren’t “lazy” or “unmotivated.”
They’re disconnected.
From hunger.
From rest.
From emotion.
From sensation.
And the body always keeps the score.
Reconnection is not dramatic.
It’s quiet.
It’s slow.
It’s uncomfortable at first.
But it’s the way back to yourself

_____

11/02/2026

Emotional overwhelm is exceeded capacity.
Your nervous system has limits.
When input, expectations, and emotional demands stack up without pause, your system shifts into protection.
That can look like:
Short patience.
Mental fog.
Irritability.
Shutdown.
This isn’t a personality issue.
It’s load.
You don’t need more discipline.
You need less input.
Less urgency.
Less internal pressure.
Regulation doesn’t start with control.
It starts with reducing demand.

If this is you, comment: “Threshold.”

______

Menos urgencia.
Menos presión interna.
La regulación no parte desde el control.
Parte desde reducir la demanda.

Si esto eres tú, comenta: “Umbral.”

The body almost always knows first.
Before the words.
Before the explanation.
Before the guilt.
If you pause and listen for a moment -
what is your body saying No to right now?
______

Wired at night.
Tired during the day.

This pattern is not random — and it’s not a personal failure.
When the nervous system stays in a state of alert for too long, the body struggles to switch into rest mode. Cortisol remains high in the evening, sleep becomes lighter, and mornings feel heavy.
Sleep doesn’t improve by forcing relaxation.
It improves when the body feels safe enough to let go.
That’s why regulation starts during the day not at bedtime.
Save this if it resonates.
Follow for nervous-system-informed health guidance.

______
