I also make bath salts (blessed and cleansed with my guardian angel incense) and self love jars filled with hand written notes of positive quotes, angel guidance and more.

Some of my favourite moments from the month of March🥰🤗

Some days being a mother and parent is tough going and I do be fit to fall into bed at the end of the day but at the same time I love B with all my heart and I wouldn't change it for the world❤️

I'm a perfectly imperfect mother who gets it wrong a good bit but sometimes I get it right too and all is good❤️

This is your reminder that you are a wonderful person and I send you so much love and hugs always❤️

All my favourite moments from this week❤️
Even though there have been some really tough days this week with Bella being afraid of the fire alarm going off, when I look back on my pictures there has been some lovely memories made this week🥰 its the little things❤️
I've also decided not to show Bella's face in my posts, just to protect her privacy, I'll probably still share her face on my stories but not in posts🥰 After watching Adolescence on netflix it scared the beJesus out of me😂

I hope you've had a good week, and even if it's been a tough week, know that you are not alone🫂🤗

Happy Full Moon 🌕🌝

This full moon is known as "The worm moon".🌕🌝
Usually the full moons get their names from native Americans tribes, this moon is called the worm moon due to the soil getter warmer and more little worms being visible at this time of year🐛🪱

Here are some small tips for this full moon📝

✅ Think of some things you would like to let go off. Write them down and tear up the paper after to symbolise you releasing and letting go of anything that is holding you back🫶

✅Make one small intention for the next month. Something very small that will fill your cup and make you feel loved and taken care of🫂 For example: going to bed 5 mins earlier🛌, listen to a meditation while making your breakfast🧘‍♀️, having a cup of tea, sitting outside and listening to the birds☕🐦

Ever since I went through a very tough patch with my mental health, I have found so much comfort and strength from angels😇✨ I've always loved angels even when I was small, as my nana liked angels too and was always encouraging me to ask my guardian angel to mind me🫂🥰

I think there is something so gentle and kind about angels and they bring me so much comfort and peace 🕊️

Ever wondered what's the deal with Reiki?🌀✨
Let me break it down for you✅

✅Reiki is a gentle and non invasive form of energy healing🌀
✅It promotes relaxation and also helps to calm and soothe the nervous system🫶
✅It can be a chance for busy moms, full time workers, grandparents, a friend or loved one to just lie down and have some time to rest and just be✨

There is absolutely nothing to be afraid of with Reiki,even if all you get out of a session is the chance to relax, lie down and be taken care of, then I think that's a win👏❤️

Sometimes easier said than done especially if you're feeling tired or your mood is low but even a little stroll, listen to your favourite podcast or treat yourself to a cup of coffee on the way home. You're still getting out and getting some fresh air and movement✨ Little steps always and don't push yourself too hard❤️

Why do the brighter evenings impact our mood? 🤔

I've really noticed the stretch in the evening lately and it makes me so happy. I can't wait to go out for a cycle with Bella after dinner or a walk or even just to be pottering around outside in the garden❤️

So glad spring is here and there is more light on the way🫶
