Embodied Movement Meditation: A 2-Hour Journey
With Eileen +353 (86) 173 2473
Follow the Body. Follow the Mind. Follow the Heart.
Step inside and step into possibility.
In this 2-hour class, we explore the five essential qualities that create stability, alignment, and harmony in our bodies:
Focus
Breath
Movement
Space
We practice being with them, moving with them, and allowing them to transform us.
Through guided conscious movement, you’ll discover a space where movement, stillness, and deep listening converge. This is an invitation to reconnect with yourself—physically, mentally, and emotionally—supporting psychological health, reducing stress, and encouraging resilience and self-awareness.
There are no steps to learn, and you cannot do this wrong. No experience is necessary.
This is an invitation to follow that something good—a gentle pull toward deeper connection and inner harmony.

What participants say: “I can truly recommend this dance. Movement to varied music in a safe environment. It doesn’t matter if you’ve danced in any form before. You dance with your own body, your feelings, and your soul; how it looks doesn’t matter, it’s how it feels. Eileen gently and respectfully guides us deeper into ourselves. There might be a focus on different body parts or emotions, different themes. Things happen inside me when I dance this way. Body and soul feel good. Wonderful! Hard to describe, must be tried. Take the chance!”
All Welcome.
