The Decider Skills turn evidence-based CBT and DBT principles into practical, memorable skills that can help people manage emotions, cope with distress, improve communication and respond more effectively to difficult situations.

This live, interactive course will be delivered by Registered Mental Health Nurses and trained Decider Skills facilitators Caoimhe Reynolds and Andrea Kelly.
