🚨Does your child need a special school place when they start school in 2027-2028?

To get a special school place to start school, you must:

⏰Complete the National Council for Special Education’s (NCSE) Parents Notify Form online by 1 September 2026.

📄 Upload your supporting documents by 15 September 2026 (or as soon as possible after).

The NCSE will review your form, and if approved, you will get an eligibility letter.

You then need to use this letter to apply directly to your chosen special school or special class. 🎓

If you have difficulties using the form, contact your local Special Educational Needs Organiser. 🤝
