I simply want to share my experience with these amazing oils and help you get more of an understanding of how they can work to support you in your daily life They are safe for children, adults and elderly and can be used in 3 ways
Aromatically - By diffusing or by inhaling
Topically - Using a carrier oil you can rub the oils directly on to the skin
Internally - Some of Doterra's oils can be taken

internally by dropping under the tongue, or rubbing on the roof of the mouth or by placing in a veggie cap and taking like a tablet. Each 15ml bottle contains 250 drops of this pure oil. Each time you use the oil you would only be using between 1-2 drops so the oils are very affordable.
