Giving myself some amor first thing this morning.
A nice little myofascia massage for the sole of my foot (just a few minutes of rolling with my massage ball)
Followed by covering the footsies with colour and fun.

I'm kinda having the craic, but it's also true. We spend the vast majority of our day on our feet, even if sitting down. A few minutes of lovin' for them, goes a long way❤️

On mornings when the chica did es not feel like getting up, this little practice gets me out of the leaba🤗🔥💕
Listening to our body & breath first thing in the morning, is a powerful way to set ourselves up for the day. Today my head was saying "Go for a run", but my cuerpo was saying "some firey, inversiony yoga", and so I listened to the body. Here's a pic from my morning practice today. Ideal for this chilly, November day.

Let's help to kickstart our weekend morning with the same intention, to connect to body, and breath. Rest assured this week the girl will bring some fire to the practice, to warm us up🐒🔥😉

Because it gives us a chance to prep for rela life, in a fun, safe environment. Falling in and out of balance, exploring how it varies from day to day, and one side of the body to the other. This was me getting my balance on bright and early this am.
