Thank you .of.urd for a beautiful Sunday afternoon of inward-flection.. Surrounded and bathed in the universal sound of gongs, bowls, ocean drums, and chimes.. Who would believe that this cacophony of sounds would create such peace, calm, and stillness..

If little things make you happy and feel good why not do them everyday? ✨🌞

Many clients come in exhausted, disconnected from themselves and craving internal harmony. When I enquire if they have a daily self-care routine, many will instantly reply, "I have no time." ⌚️

My recommendation is always the same, find 10 minutes just for you, first thing in the morning or last thing before bed. Make this your 'Sacred Time', instill the intention to be present and connected to yourself, free from devices or other distractions for these 10 minutes, everyday no excuses. Reclaim a part of yourself, your time, your joy - one day at a time! ✨ 🫖🎧🎨

A moment in time when the sun, at its apex, seems to stand still in our sky. As our planet pauses in preparation for the journey back towards its celestial centre. 9:50pm on Thursday marks this magical moment. Our longest day with its shortest night ☀️🌌

To say I have been quiet on all social media fronts is an understatement. This week has marked one year since I opened business and what a rollercoaster year it has been: the highs, lows and everything inbetween.

Sometimes we have to take an Irish moment to settle the deep water of the mind and that is wonderful thing to do because "there are always beautiful things to be seen."✨

Hello beautiful people!

The second New Moon of the year is at it's peak tonight and the cold Spring air is full of expectation. 🌑✨ Progress is made by taking many little steps, stumbles and refocusing on what is important to you.

The following is a little New Moon ritual I have found helps me to stay centred and focused especially when things start to go off balance in life.

Take 5 minutes to light a candle and sit with yourself free from distraction. 🕯
Listen to your inner voice, write down whatever it says that it wants and needs. 📝
Set one or two simple goals for the month and start believing you can achieve! ✨

No matter what change you want to see in yourself whether it's big or small, every journey begins with a single step. 👣

In Kinesiology one of the very first things I check is a person's hydration 💧

When we are dehydrated our muscles don't function correctly, our cells shrink and our body begins slow down! This then prevents me from communicating with your body correctly and a simple glass of water goes a long way during a treatment. 🫗

Dehydration can contribute to symptoms like lower back pain, kidney problems, headaches, cramping, fatigue, irregular/painful bowel movements, muscle cramps, dull skin and more. 🤕

Remember water is also found in fruits, soups, and vegetables: not just in glasses! 🍉🍇🥝
