It was very hands on tonight at training. Our next training session will be in Malin Head Community Centre on Thursday 27th of August. If there is any of you who would be interested in being a 1st Responder we want & need you. You never know when your going to be needed.

That someone could be any of us or our loved ones. 1 hour a week is what you need to dedicate to learn with us. Next training is in Glengad Community Centre on Thursday night at 8pm for 1 hour.
