For today's tea at ten and thought of the day "Just because someone hands you their baggage doesn't mean it's yours to carry." So many of us are carrying the worries and fears from other people and then we wonder why we are feeling exhausted and overwhelmed. You have to ask yourself are you caring for that person or are you carrying them.

Something I have been thinking a lot about lately is all the women that have helped me on my healing journey, the facilitators who have held space for me, the teachers who have trained me,my mentors and not forgetting the soul sisters and amazing women who allow me to hold space for them. I see a lot of "spiritual people" on social media who will make you feel inadequate because you don't go to India and don't meditate and stay high vibe all day and you know what.... it's all crap, I have learnt so much from people on social media who may not have a large following, who may not have youtube channels with millions of subscribers BUT they are so authentic and genuine that their words ring true. In a world of likes, shares and following don't go by the numbers go by their word and their energy

Your Angels have a message for you, before I picked the cards I kept hearing "don't give up on your dreams" the angels want you to know that you're never too old to have dreams but don't wait to put them into action. The two cards I pulled tonight were, big happy changes and let go. The angels want you to know that happy changes are on the way but you have to let go of the outcome that you think is coming as something better is on its way. Because the prize isn't a medal... it's usually stress and a cold cup of tea." 🤣 It's time to stop putting yourself under so much pressure in o get everything done and it will only make you more stressed out. Try and cut out half of the items in your to do list, remember life is to be enjoyed
