🇫🇷 FRANCE RETREAT UPDATE

I honestly can’t believe the response to this retreat. Thank you SO much to everyone who messaged me and asked for the details.

The ten places were snapped up before I even had a chance to send the information out to everyone who had enquired — so I’m very sorry if you were waiting to hear from me.

But… there’s more coming. ✨

Every time I spend a few hours learning with John Bell, I leave with fresh ideas, greater confidence, and a deeper understanding of yoga. These one-to-one sessions have been invaluable in shaping both my own practice and my teaching.
Today’s focus was chair yoga... and I can’t wait to share what it’s all for soon!
