Hi, I’m Lisa!

For everyone who’s joined recently, I thought it might be time for a proper introduction.

Over the years I’ve been an RTÉ journalist, founded a sustainability software company, become a mum to three boys, and somehow ended up teaching yoga overlooking the Atlantic on Cruit Island. I’ve never been more content or grateful.

Looking back, none of it was planned.

But every chapter taught me something.

Journalism taught me how to listen.

Business taught me resilience.

Motherhood taught me patience (most days!).

And yoga taught me how important it is to slow down.

Today I teach Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga, breathwork and run retreats from a small studio on the edge of the Atlantic.

My goal isn’t to help you touch your toes.

It’s to help you leave feeling a little calmer, a little stronger, and a little more connected to yourself than when you arrived.

Whether you’ve been here from the beginning or you’ve just discovered Cruit Island Yoga, thank you for being here.

May was a special one.

100 people joined me for free community yoga.

Retreats filled with movement, sea air, coffee, conversation and connection.

New people walked through the studio door. Others returned again and again.

There was laughter, a few happy tears, plenty of Atlantic weather and more gratitude than I can put into words.

Thank you to everyone who rolled out a mat, came for a swim, joined a retreat or simply followed along.

Complete and utter gratitude for it all ❤️
