Maharishi Ayurveda is the world's most ancient and holistic system of healthcare, it is fully recognised and supported by the "World Health Organisation". Ayurveda helps you to understand your own individual unique nature and thereby make correct choices in lifestyle and diet. By using the knowledge of Ayurveda we can promote health and prevent disease. Ayurveda has been successfully used in the treatment of many conditions, some of which are considered chronic (long standing or persistent) disorders, these include rheumatoid arthritis, hypertension, asthma, bronchitis, sinusitis, headaches, eczema, psoriasis, constipation and non-insulin dependent diabetes among others. Here at our centre we teach TM and provide private health consultations with Dr Donn Brennan MB, BCh, BAO, MSc AYu. We also run regular free introductory talks.
