Sauna use can help with:

🩷 Improved Circulation – Heat promotes better blood flow, supporting cardiovascular health.

🧘‍♂️ Stress Relief & Relaxation – Steam reduces cortisol levels and induces calm.

🌿 Respiratory Support – Moist heat soothes airways and helps clear congestion.

💆‍♂️ Muscle & Joint Relaxation – Eases stiffness and soreness after exercise or stress.

👳‍♀️ Skin Health – Opens pores for deep cleansing and promotes a natural glow.

💪🏻 Immune Support – Heat exposure can help strengthen the immune system.

💤 Better Sleep – Prepares the body for restful sleep by relaxing the nervous system.

💛 Weight Management Support – Temporary water loss and increased calorie burn during sessions.

✨️ Home Spa Experience – Convenient and luxurious self-care at home.

💚 Detoxification – the skin is the body's largest organ, and sauna helps support the liver and kidneys in eliminating impurities and toxic buildup.

Sauna use is definitely on the rise, especially here in Ireland. Did you know that aromatherapy can be used in a steam sauna to enhance your overall wellness experience, both physical and mental?
Not only will the oils smell amazing, but using them in the sauna allows you to experience their benefits in a more targeted way.
Essential oils can help:
✔️ Ease muscular pains
✔️ Allow deeper, more relaxed breathing
✔️ Encourage amazing levels of relaxation
✔️ Promote more restful sleep

Just in case you were unsure as to how to use essential oils correctly (quantities, which ones are good for what, how to blend them etc.) I have created a free downloadable guide that gives you all the helpful details on how to use essential oils in the sauna.
You'll find the link in the bio above.
Any feedback, please let me know.
Thanks, Lisa
