There are 2 classes on Tuesday evening in Sandyford Community Centre,
@ 7pm and 8.15pm
I'd suggest the earlier class if you're new to yoga, recovering from injury / illness or
living with a chronic condition - it's a slower, gentler pace suitable for everyone regardless of age / ability /mobility.

Price: 75 euro for 6 weeks.

Join myself and Natasha from Safe Haven Healing for another blissful two-hour experience designed to nurture your soul and soothe your senses.
When: Sunday 23 March, 10 - 12pm
Where: Mutton Lane Yoga Studio (Dublin 16)

We’ll begin with an hour of gentle yoga, which will help open, nourish, and realign your body.

Then, we’ll ease into a cozy, calming space, wrapping you in soft blankets as the soothing sounds of gongs, Himalayan bowls, and crystal chimes envelop you. Allow the deep vibrations to wash over you, gently releasing tension and bringing you into a state of deep relaxation.

By the end of our time together, you’ll feel completely renewed—balanced, calm, and at peace, with your mind, body, and spirit in perfect harmony.

This event is open to all levels of yoga and sound practice. Everybody is welcome.
