It’s not always true that gel can weaken your nails 🥰
Nails biting, also known as onychophagy or onychophagia, is an oral compulsive habit that lots of women suffer from. In some cases, onychophagy can lead to deformation of nails shape and cuticles, formation of warts or alteration of the lateral edges of the finger.
‼️Gel manicure can help you to correct the impulsive instinct of biting your nails for two reasons:

✅ Your nails look much healthier and nicer so you are not tempt to bite them!
✅ Gel layers strength your nails and cover them so that your natural nails underneath will be able to grow without you biting them! 💅🏼

‼️The most dangerous process for you nails is the removing process because can remove the natural layers of your nails and make them really weak and unhealthy:

❌ do not remove gel alone by filing them or biting
✅ ask a QUALIFIED TECHNICIAN to help you to remove the gel or simply opt for a refill that will help you to keep growing new and stronger nails!
