Good morning everyone, it’s shaping up to be a very hot one. We’re expected to be at 25 degrees by 10am and our room is already very warm at 6.30, so we have decided in the interest of everyone’s wellbeing we will do a weigh and go only this morning. Our group talks will be back to normal next week. Come on in, get weighed and then home to prep all that lovely summer friendly free food that you can have on the SW plan 💕💕💕
