Hi there folks,
its been such a long time since I facebooked (is that what you say!). Just to let you all know whats going on in the world of Fit n slim.
All classes are back in full swing now, everyone ready, willing and more than able to put in the work and get their bodies lighter and fitter every week Yes, it is hard work but positivity is the key "yes I can" is the mantra.
Eating for most of us is always a pleasure, eating well, good well balanced meals only add to that.
I know one diet doesn't suit everyone so at the classes i am giving everyone a choice of three proven successful diets. The only rule is that you must give your chosen diet at least a month before you try something different.
The little weight gain people had over Christmas is very nearly gone and we also had a weight loss, but that's another story! it was very welcome anyway.
The two workout nights, Monday Clonmel and Wednesday in Drangan are going well but I would love to see more people working out. While walking and indeed running are fantastic exercise, you cant beat a workout for shape and toning. The music, company and good fun also lift the spirits which can be a bit low at this time of year.
Somethng new for me for 2015 is that I have started One to One weight loss programmes designed for those who, for whatever reason, need a little bit more. Maybe a time that suits or a diet that's a bit different or perhaps Group Slimming doesn't tick the box for them. Whatever the reason, I feel my forty years experience of weight loss will work for them.
Hoping all is going well for all my class members and indeed my many past pupils - remember I am always there. People meet me and say "are you still at it" well I am and I still enjoy every minute, why wouldn't I when I see that weight down smile, its a great feeling.
