Introducing our Qi Gong teacher Brenda.

She is a woman of many trades and a practioner of Qi Gong, Mindfulness, Celtic Shamanism, and flower essences.

Being a former Senior Irish International Hockey Player inspired her to write her book
‘’Roots Go Deep’’ - a hockey & wellbeing Book.

You’ll find her in the yoga room every Friday 9.45am leading moving meditations.
