Equine guided Empowerment Group Session
Limited spaces available.
Sunday June 21st | Inverin, Galway
10AM – 12:30PM

We’ve moved.
New land. New energy. New chapter.

Sovereign Bandits is entering a new season — one rooted in deeper connection, nervous system regulation, embodiment, and truth.

This gathering is for the ones who feel the call to return to themselves.
The ones carrying too much for too long.
The ones moving through transition, grief, awakening, burnout, or simply craving space to breathe again.

You do not need horse experience.
You do not need to “have it all figured out.”
You only need a willingness to arrive as you are.

Together, we’ll spend time with free-roaming horses through Equine Guided Empowerment® and Somatic Practices designed to help you reconnect to your body, your intuition, and your inner safety.

What to expect:
– Grounding somatic practices
– Gentle nervous system support
– Authentic connection with the horses
– Reflection, presence & embodiment
– A safe, intimate group space
– Groundwork only (no riding)
– Space to soften, feel, and reconnect

The horses mirror what words often cannot reach.
They invite honesty. Presence. Regulation. Trust.
And in their company, something begins to shift.

Limited spaces available.

There comes a moment in the heroine’s journey where the noise quiets long enough for truth to finally be heard.

For me, that truth asked for everything.
It asked me to let go of the life that looked good so I could choose the life that felt honest.
It asked me to trust the redirections, even when they felt like loss.
It asked me to believe in something greater than what I could see in front of me.

Since April, I have been in deep healing. The kind that reshapes you from the inside out. The kind that strips away what no longer fits and returns you to yourself. There have been so many unexpected turns, so many moments where I thought I was being pulled away from where I wanted to go, only to realise I was being guided exactly where I needed to be.

And now… we’re here.

My horses and I are finally in one place. A place I have been calling in for quite some time. A place that existed first in prayer, in vision, in quiet moments of faith when nothing around me yet reflected what I knew in my soul was possible.

I’m still in awe of the divine orchestration of it all. Of every closed door, every pause, every redirection that carried us here. I still need space to hold and honour all that these past months have taught me. But beneath all of it is one undeniable feeling:

We did it.
We’re HOME.

Not just physically.
Spiritually. Emotionally. Energetically.

This journey has reminded me that healing is not about becoming someone new. It’s about remembering who you were before the world told you otherwise. And the horses… they have witnessed every version of me along the way. They have walked beside my grief, my becoming, my surrender, and my return.

There is something sacred about arriving somewhere as the truest version of yourself.
And for the first time in a very long time, I feel like I have arrived.

This guidance is available to anyone who is curious enough to change their lives.
“Strong back, soft hearts.” We did the unbelievable and so can you.

There comes a point where you’re asked to choose.

Not between right and wrong—
but between what is honest and what simply looks good.

For a long time, I understood how to build a life that appeared aligned.
One that made sense from the outside.
One that could be explained, justified, approved of.

But underneath it, something quieter was asking to be heard.

The last few years have asked more of me than I expected.
They’ve been deeply transformative—not in the polished, performative way transformation is often spoken about—but in the way that strips things back to what is real.

And the horses have been at the centre of that for me.

They don’t respond to what you say.
They don’t respond to the version of you that you present.
They meet what is actually there.

They witnessed me in ways I couldn’t avoid.
They reflected the places I was out of alignment.
They brought forward the parts of me I would have preferred to keep hidden—the doubt, the control, the fear, the patterns that were no longer true.

Not to shame them.
But so I could see them clearly.

And in seeing them, I was given a choice:
continue living in a way that looks good,
or begin living in a way that is honest.

Honesty isn’t always comfortable.
It doesn’t always come with immediate clarity or approval.
But it carries integrity.
And over time, it creates a life that actually holds you.

This work—this way of being—has changed how I move, how I choose, and how I show up.

And I know many of you are standing in your own moment of choice right now.

Where something inside you knows.
Even if it doesn’t make sense yet.
Even if it asks you to let go of what once worked.

If that’s where you are, you’re not alone in it.

There is a different way to move forward
