Summer Solstice Sauna ☀️

On Sunday, 21st June, we’ll be opening extra early for special sunrise sauna sessions. 5:00am and 6:00am bookings are now available.

Come welcome the day with us, embrace the heat and celebrate the Summer Solstice - the longest day of the year and the height of the season of light. ✨

Blue Moon Gathering – Sunday, May 31st

We’re so lucky to experience two full moons in one month! The second, known as the Blue Moon, lands this Sunday, May 31st. Join us at the sauna to celebrate this celestial moment.

From darkness into light, every step we take is a reminder that no one should face their struggles alone.

We are proud to take part in the Darkness Into Light walk year after year. After the walk, as the sun rises at 6am, we will be open for bookings (www.freesoulsauna.ie/bookings) and donating all morning sauna proceeds to Pieta House.

Proud to support this incredible cause by raising awareness, hope and vital funds for mental health and su***de prevention. 💛
