Sometimes I wish we could hold a moment just a little longer… 🌕

Last night’s Sturgeon Full Moon was incredible. Thank you to everyone who came along and helped make it so special (and of course to one of my lovely sauna users who took this without me knowing!)

As our Full Moon evenings grow, I’m so grateful for each and every one of you ❤️
Here’s to many more magical moonlit moments together. 🌕

The simple things in life really do matter. Our way of checking the sea temperature 😊 the famous duck 🦆

The power and warmth of a sauna. A beautiful day by the coast. Sitting with friends, having the chats… or even sitting beside complete strangers and somehow leaving feeling like you’ve known them for years.

That’s what we love about sauna life. It creates space to slow down, switch off and connect. No phones, no distractions, no rushing, just good people, good conversations and the sea right on our doorstep.

PARTIAL SOLAR ECLIPSE — WEDNESDAY 12TH AUGUST ✨🌘

Wednesday evening, we get to witness something truly special. The partial solar eclipse begins around 6:13pm, reaches its maximum at approximately 7:12pm and finishes around 8:14pm.

At the peak, around 94% of the Sun will be covered, so if the skies are clear, you can watch the magic unfold at our sauna.

A pretty incredible sight, and one we won’t see again like this in Ireland for many years! ✨

⚠️ Please use proper eclipse-safe glasses. Never look directly at the Sun.

The Full Buck Moon is Rising...

Join us this Wednesday evening 29th July for a magical evening beneath the Full Buck Moon.

🕗 8:00pm & 9:00pm sessions

The Buck Moon gets its name from the time of year when male deer (bucks) begin growing new antlers. It symbolises growth, strength, renewal and stepping into your full potential. It’s a reminder that, just like nature, we’re always evolving.

Sometimes it’s hard to truly switch off and be present. But there’s something special about closing the sauna door, leaving the outside world behind and simply sitting together.

No phones. No distractions. Just real conversations, shared laughs and genuine connection. It’s amazing to listen to the laughing and fun that’s created within those walls 😃

Full Moon - Strawberry Moon. Tuesday June 30th, we have 2 sessions available at 8pm & 9pm.

The Strawberry Moon is a beautiful reminder to slow down, look up and appreciate the magic above us. Though its name comes from the strawberry harvest season, its warm glow over the sea is something truly special.
