Why do we do the bucket lift exercise in Lifting Legends?

We do it because it is great entry level rowing exercise that prepares some of our young Legends for standing cable rows.

And also so that when you go to for some science and adventure you can have a whale of a time on this machine 🤣💪

Ensuring our exercises in Lifting Legends have real world application doesn't get better than this 😅💪

We caught up with Charottle and her Dad, Simon, to ask what they really thought of the Lifting Legends 💙

We absolutely loved their answers, but more importantly, we love seeing Charlotte thrive, both inside and out of the gym.
