Men’s Sound Bath — a space to slow down.

I wanted to create this class to give men a comfortable place to experience deep relaxation through sound. Many men might feel curious about practices like this or are looking for something to help with stress, anxiety etc but might not always feel it’s a space for them — this is an invitation to come as you are, no experience needed.

For one hour you simply lie down, switch off from the noise of daily life, and let the sound guide your mind and body into a deeply restful state.

If you’ve been feeling stressed, mentally busy, or just need a reset and wanting to try something new without pressure or expectation, then this will be the class for you
