The Caring for Caroline Medical Trust is a registered medical trust set up to support the ongoing struggle of Caroline Fagan Heyenga against a rare and debilitating cancer called Follicular Thyroid Carcinoma. Caroline to continue a programme of medical care that she receives from the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Centre in New York and John Hopkins Medicine in Baltimore, Maryland. Funds donated to the Caring for Caroline Medical Trust will be administered by the Trustees to directly support her medical and travel costs. No money donated to the Foundation will go to supplement any personal expenses. The Caring for Caroline Trust is dedicated to supporting Caroline in her ongoing battle with cancer and to raising public awareness of Follicular Thyroid Carcinoma.
