Ballina - Morning Sauna Meditation

A Sauna Meditation that focuses on non-reaction - learning to notice sensations, thoughts and emotions without immediately responding to them. Encorporating the heat as part of the practice, we’ll explore staying present, softening our reactions and allowing the nervous system to settle.
Finishing off our practice using the heat and steam to release those things we want to let go of.

A truely restorative morning by the lake, where meditation meets the warmth of the sauna.

No rushing. No pressure. Just warmth, stillness, breath and the lake outside. 🌊

Finished off by a salt scrub, herbal tea, healthy treat and a few other aromatherapeutic sauna rituals throughout.

A chance to step away from the noise, reset and begin your Sunday feeling a little more grounded.
