I'm so excited to return to Castle Barna Wellness Center, Daingean, on 27th June, 6.30-8 PM, for a soothing and relaxing Sound Bath.

We will start by doing a grounding exercise and conscious humming to come into our bodies and tune into our inner state before the frequencies and vibrations of the sound instruments guide us into a deeply relaxed and meditative state.

No experience necessary and all are welcome. If you're curious about sound baths my advice is to come along and try it. It's the only way you'll know if it's for you. Most participants feel deeply relaxed during and after the session and report hav8ng a great night's sleep.

Blankets, mats etc are provided.
