We have officially entered cosy season 🔥🕯️

Think warm flickering candle light, blankets, bolsters, yoga mats, eye masks and a beautiful immersive Sound Bath. An evening dedicated to switching off from the outside world and coming back home to yourself.

No rushing, no to do lists. Just warmth, stillness, beautiful sound and a little space that’s completely yours.

🪷🌻🌞Sound Bath🪷🌻🌞

✨ Friday 11th September @ 7pm in Foxhall Community Hall, Glenswilly ✨

🪷During a sound bath, individuals lie down in a comfortable, relaxing environment, with the use of blankets, pillows, eye masks and other props to enhance the experience.

🪷The sound bath is facilitated by a trained practitioner who blends the resonant tones of Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, chimes and other instruments to allow participants surrender to the soothing waves of sound. The participants brainwaves begin to shift allowing them to enter a state of deep relaxation.

Thanks so much to everyone who came along to my Sound Bath tonight in Foxhall Community Hall in Glenswilly ❤️.
It was my first night back since my mammy passed away in June. It was very tough but I know she guided me through it. I really enjoyed it and I know she would be so proud of me ❤️
