Even when we feel as though nothing is changing, life continues its quiet work. Our bodies change. Our thoughts change. Our relationships change. We learn, we let go, we begin again.
Sometimes we resist this movement. We wish things would stay the same a little longer, or we wish they would change more quickly.
But perhaps there is wisdom in remembering that change is not something happening to life.
Change is life.
And maybe our task is not to hold everything still, but to learn how to move with it.

☕ Homecoming: Tea & Sound Bath in Loughrea ☕
Froday, 26th June 7:30 p.m. – 8:45 p.m.
Some places simply feel like home.
For me, Loughrea is one of those places. It has become a space filled with warmth, familiar faces, laughter, conversations, and many beautiful evenings shared through sound.
This month's gathering will be a little different. We will begin at 7:30 p.m. with a cup of tea and some time to connect before settling into the sound bath together.
Then, allow yourself to get comfortable, close your eyes, and be carried by the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, monochord, singing chimes, and other gentle instruments.
Whether you have joined us before or are considering coming for the very first time, you are warmly welcome.
I am looking forward to seeing familiar faces again and meeting new ones too.
Come as you are. Bring a mat, blanket, pillow, and an open heart.

🌙 Sound Bath Experience — Athenry Town Hall
There are moments when words are not enough. When silence starts to speak, and sound becomes something you don’t just hear… but enter.
On Friday, 20th June at 3:45pm, I invite you into a different kind of space inside Athenry Town Hall.
A space where you lie down, close your eyes, and let sound do what it knows how to do — gently unravel what has been held, quiet what has been loud, and bring you back to something underneath it all.
This is not about doing.
It is about allowing.
Bring what you need to be comfortable:
• yoga mat
• blanket
• pillow
And something in you that is ready to pause… even if just for a while.

This Is My Way – Sound Bath Experience

My recent sound bath sessions have all carried the same title: This Is My Way.
In a world that often feels overwhelming, busy, and overstimulating, I find myself returning to the essentials. Slowing down. Creating space. Breathing deeply. Coming back to what truly matters.
This session is an invitation to do exactly that.
Together, we will step away from the noise of everyday life and spend an hour immersed in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, monochord, and singing chimes. Gentle vibrations and calming tones will create a space where you can simply rest, let go, and reconnect with yourself.
This will be my third session in Ballinderreen Community Centre , and I am looking forward to welcoming both familiar and new faces. There is something special about gathering together, sharing a peaceful space, and allowing ourselves a moment to exhale.
As the week comes to an end, this sound bath offers a beautiful opportunity to slow down, reset, and enter the weekend feeling refreshed, grounded, and restored.
Please bring your own yoga mat, pillow, and blanket to ensure you are warm, comfortable, and fully able to relax throughout the session.
I look forward to sharing this journey with you.

✨ What a beautiful evening in Athlone! ✨
Last night's sound bath was truly wonderful. The room was full of the most amazing people, and from the moment everyone arrived, there was such a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
We actually started the evening with a lot of laughter! Just as we switched off the lights and were ready to begin, the camera's night vision suddenly kicked in and blasted a bright light straight at us. 😂 Thankfully, Mirek came to the rescue and after a heroic struggle involving a hoodie, managed to cover the camera. Watching him wrestle with it in the dark had everyone laughing before we even played the first sound.
The session itself was beautiful, but what touched me most were the conversations afterwards. Being able to chat with so many of you, hear your experiences, and connect on a personal level means so much to me. Those moments are often my favourite part of these gatherings.
The feedback was incredibly heartwarming, and hearing that many of you are already planning to return next month made my heart so happy.
Thank you, Athlone, for your kindness, openness, laughter, and trust. I felt genuinely welcomed, and I can't wait to come back and share another evening of sound and stillness with you.
