✨ Cacao & Sound Bath Loughrea ✨
This evening is an invitation to reconnect with yourself, find stillness, and experience the beauty of community in a safe and supportive space. Whether you are new to cacao and sound healing or already familiar, you are warmly welcomed.
Together, we will share our cacao, followed by a gentle ritual to create a sacred and nurturing space. Through meditation, breath, and sound, we will journey inward, allowing the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other beautiful sounds.
During the sound journey, allow yourself to simply rest, receive, and be held by the waves of vibration. Each sound carries its own unique energy, creating a deeply relaxing and transformative experience.
It is my honour to hold this space and share this experience with you. I look forward to welcoming you for an evening filled with connection, peace, and heart-opening moments. 💜

✨ A Heart-Opening Evening of Cacao & Sound in Athlone ✨
My heart is so full after yesterday's Cacao Ceremony & Sound Bath. 💜
Many of our guests experienced ceremonial-grade cacao for the very first time. Before sharing our cups together, everyone had the opportunity to nibble on the raw cacao, exploring its rich, earthy flavour and connecting with this beautiful plant in its most natural form.
We began with a gentle sage smudging ritual, followed by a moment of prayer before sharing our cacao together. From there, we settled into a deeply relaxing sound journey, allowing the vibrations to calm the mind, soften the body, and open the heart.
One of the highlights, as always, was the beautiful sound of the singing chime—it never fails to bring smiles and a sense of wonder.
This session was extra special for me because my daughter, Mariana, joined me by playing the Tibetan singing bowls throughout the journey. Watching her become part of these events fills my heart with so much joy 💜
Thank you to everyone who came with an open heart and trusted me to hold this space. It is such an honour to share these evenings with you.

Even when we feel as though nothing is changing, life continues its quiet work. Our bodies change. Our thoughts change. Our relationships change. We learn, we let go, we begin again.
Sometimes we resist this movement. We wish things would stay the same a little longer, or we wish they would change more quickly.
But perhaps there is wisdom in remembering that change is not something happening to life.
Change is life.
And maybe our task is not to hold everything still, but to learn how to move with it.

☕ Homecoming: Tea & Sound Bath in Loughrea ☕
Froday, 26th June 7:30 p.m. – 8:45 p.m.
Some places simply feel like home.
For me, Loughrea is one of those places. It has become a space filled with warmth, familiar faces, laughter, conversations, and many beautiful evenings shared through sound.
This month's gathering will be a little different. We will begin at 7:30 p.m. with a cup of tea and some time to connect before settling into the sound bath together.
Then, allow yourself to get comfortable, close your eyes, and be carried by the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, monochord, singing chimes, and other gentle instruments.
Whether you have joined us before or are considering coming for the very first time, you are warmly welcome.
I am looking forward to seeing familiar faces again and meeting new ones too.
Come as you are. Bring a mat, blanket, pillow, and an open heart.
