Week one - unreal. Week two - still going. Week three - something happens. And suddenly you're starting from scratch again.
Every. Single. Time.
This isn't a discipline problem. The first two weeks aren't about discipline at all. They're about novelty, dopamine spikes, everything feels possible.
Then the novelty wears off. The dopamine drops. And you're left trying to do the same thing without the chemistry that was making it feel easy.
And underneath that, there's usually an older pattern running. One that already knows how this story ends.
It's not weakness. It's a pattern. And patterns can be changed. 🧠
Save this. Read it again in week three.
