​Make the most of the long weekend with a well deserved sauna and cold plunge. Whether you're looking to completely unwind in the heat or energize with a cold plunge, we have you covered with plenty of opening times to fit your schedule!

​Our Bank Holiday Hours:
​Friday: 5:30pm – 10pm
​Saturday: 10am – 10pm
​Sunday: 10am – 10pm
​Monday: 10am – 10pm

​Quick Reminder for your session: Please remember to bring one large towel for drying off and one small towel for sitting on in the sauna.
