After 6 months of working with these outstanding business women as their Kildare Awards Co-ordinator, to see them progress from regional winners to national finalists, I couldn't have felt prouder on Friday night for the National Businesswomen of the Year Awards. Out of 95 national finalists, 8 ladies represented across all 8 categories and Kildare brought home 5 awards!

The night was one of not just celebrating the national award winners but celebrating all women in business. Yes, we donned our finery, styled our hair and makeup, took a night off, laughed, cried, chatted and danced the night away but it's the day to day juggling act and hard slog of each of these ladies that is most commendable.

Celebrate all your achievements to date and feel excited for what's yet to come.

We have a lovely morning planned on Sunday, September 22nd for our & members and guests . A couple of hours to pause and experience the offerings of some of our wellness specialists:







In addition to yoga for female health, pilates for pelvic health, nutritional advice and a short talk on growth mindset; yours truly will be sharing a simple Hand Aroma-Reflexology sequence we can use on ourselves to help calm and support our central nervous system as well as facilitating a powerful breathing technique.

Following this we will be served a delicious light lunch .

This year's Businesswoman of The Year Awards brought all the glitz and glam of Kildare's phenomenal business women to resulting in a truly magical and powerful evening of celebrations. ✨

As Awards Co-ordinator for the Kildare Branch it was extremely exciting to support 45 of our members who represented themselves across the various 8 categories.

Without a doubt, it is a wonderful opportunity to showcase your business and/or employment in a such a safe and positive environment. However, it doesn't go unrecognised that it is also daunting to consciously ask your peers to judge you as a businesswoman and for that alone I couldn't have been prouder of each and everyone of our 57 finalists.

Working alongside the fabulous , our Branch President for 2024 and Dee O'Connor , our Events Co-ordinator extraordinaire was a pure joy, and we're now excited to bring 8 Branch Finalists to the National Interviews in August who will represent Kildare in their respective category. 💪

It was an absolute pleasure and privilege to help co-ordinate the awards this year with my partner in crime from and Vice President Elect of .

Supporting all of the 42 finalists across 7 categories over the past few weeks was extremely rewarding and so much fun! 😄

The sheer grit and determination these ladies show day in day out is nothing short of inspirational. 🙌

Well done to each and everyone one of you for trusting us and the process and sharing your 'why' and your 'how' of what you do so well.
Personally I think you all deserve an award! 👏

Looking forward to celebrating with all of you at the Kildare Awards Ceremony on Friday 19th May when the National Finalists will be announced as Kildare Businesswomen of the Year 2023 !!🎉
