Regulation before expectation.
Many children are carrying stress in their nervous system long before we see it outwardly.
Sometimes a child is not being “difficult.”
Their nervous system may just simply be overwhelmed.
Many neurodivergent children spend large parts of the day in fight, flight, freeze or shutdown responses.
This can show up as:
• emotional meltdowns
• anxiety
• difficulty focusing
• sensory overwhelm
• sleep difficulties
• digestive issues
• emotional outbursts
• low frustration tolerance
• fatigue
• difficulty transitioning
• coordination or balance challenges
Kinesiology works to help calm and support the nervous system through gentle balancing techniques that encourage the brain and body to communicate more effectively.
Sessions may help children feel:
✨ calmer
✨ more grounded
✨ emotionally balanced
✨ safer in their body
✨ more able to focus and learn
✨ less overwhelmed by daily life
When the nervous system feels safe, children can thrive.
At Kinetic Health, we support neurodivergent children with care, compassion and understanding.
