Another great review from last Fridays REIGNITE THE FLAME WITHIN EVENT.
I just wanted to say thank you so much for Friday night. It was absolutely a fabulous event. The minute I walked in, I felt my shoulders drop and I took the deepest breath ,it was just so relaxing and grounding from the very beginning.
The ceremony itself was absolutely wonderful. It really bubbled up a lot of emotions for me. Even when I got home, I took my socks off, walked barefoot in the grass in the garden, sat down, and tears just started flowing down my face.
The last couple of weeks, I’ve definitely hit a point of burnout. My nervous system has felt completely all over the place, like I’ve been permanently stuck in fight or flight mode. The experience really helped me reconnect with myself again and reminded me to slow down and listen inward.
I felt very tired over the weekend afterwards, but in a good way , like a lot was being released emotionally during the ceremony. The breathing techniques I’ve been doing since have really helped too.
I’m just unbelievably thankful and grateful to you, and I honestly cannot wait until September already. Thank you again for creating such a beautiful experience!!! 🙏🙏🙏
