We are currently looking for more Artisan Food Producers for our Saturday Market. Such as:
'Dips & Chips' - can you make Houmous, Chilly Salsa etc.
'Perfect Pies' - a fresh homemade pie is always a winner at markets!
'Smoked Delights' - do you know somebody who has a home smoker? Experiment at home and see if you can sell it at the weekend!
'Healthy Sweets' - have you ever tried making Fruit Le

ather?? They make it look so easy on River Cottage!! Getting your kitchen registered with the HSE is very straight forward. Pop into the market and chat to some of the traders about what’s involved. Anybody wanting to 'have a go' can use the RDM Insurance for a trial day to see if they like it.
