...And if I’m honest, I’m absolutely shattered.
​It’s just a massive amount to be navigating all at once. Between this 14-year cycle finally coming to a close for Virgo, the energy of the Chinese New Year, and Lent starting on top of it all—it feels like a proper collision.

​Even when you know how to handle change, a shift this big is a heavy lift for the system.
​To make matters worse, I’ve decided to go off the sugar for Lent. So, if I’m a bit more 'short' or tired than usual, you’ll know why. Trying to find your footing in the middle of a 14-year exit without a bit of chocolate is no joke 😂

​I’m taking today to just be still. I’m putting the tools down and letting the dust settle so I can actually see the ground beneath me.

From next week on life is going to speed up a couple of gears! My children are gone to their Dad's for the weekend- they go once a month - so having a suprise night in Galway is such a beautiful surprise 💚

The last time I was here my Dad was with us, celebrating his birthday but that was well over 20 years ago.
When I arrived I stopped outside a cafe, and one of his favourite songs was playing! Then I set for a meal, and the guy beside me said to his friend "Ah come on Larry, you'll stay for a while".

The strange thing is, this week I have been randomly crying out of nowhere and just simply missing my Dad. No suprise, he has chosen this beautiful spot, to show me he hasn't gone far at all. Although they are physically gone, their energy and love stay with us 💚

All of it was worth it. To share Christmas with family, friends and loved ones. Missing family who are celbrating in Heaven. To see my chrildren's faces on Christmas morning. Truly blessed 🙌

I just want to say thank you. 💚

To every person who trusted me with their story, their healing, and their process this year — it’s an honour I never take lightly.
The things people share with me, the courage it takes to show up, and the quiet work they do for themselves… it’s deeply humbling to witness.

I do this work because I want people to feel better, to feel hope again, and to remember that even in the darkest moments, there is still life and love within them.
