Sometimes an idea begins as something we can sense before we can explain it.
A feeling.
A question.
A shape.
A small spark of curiosity.
Over the past few days, I’ve been carefully designing the experience for our Thursday evening.
One of the things I love most about creative and reflective work is that drawing, clay, colour, paper and other materials can become a language of their own. They can help us express thoughts, feelings and experiences that we are not yet fully aware of, or simply don’t know how to put into words.
Sometimes what matters most doesn’t arrive as a sentence. It arrives as a shape, a colour, a symbol, a texture or an image.
This is often what happens in our workshops. Through creative exploration, reflection and conversation, we begin to notice what is asking for our attention and give it space to emerge.
I’m looking forward to sharing a small part of that journey with you on Thursday. See you there 👩🏻🤝👩🏼
