Probably the biggest misunderstanding of Yoga is that its all stretchy fluffy stuff 😅

Yoga is a highly intelligent system that targets every system in the body ,holistic.

Most people have a lotta strength & alignment correction to do and of course tension/stress release

THEN comes the lovely deep stretches that release fatigue and give Gorgeous revitalised feelings synonymous with Yoga.

Connecting into spinal energy is the holy grail that brings the magic at the end of the class ✨️✨️
Its hard to describe 😇
Honestly if you haven't experienced it , treat yourself💕🧘‍♀️ .

So busy I didn't notice 😅 that id hit a milestone.🎉
In a 6 day period ...only worked 4 halfdays days and 100 people practiced Yoga with me in this beautiful space .

Feeling very happy and grateful to be sharing this system with you.
Strong bones and toned muscles are great but what's happening under the surface is way more important !
Healthy organs , circulation , increased vitality and
Peace of mind and being happy in your own skin,
That's the real gift 🎁
