A magical setting for marriage at The Fernery, Fernhill Hotel & Estate 🌳
Fernhill Hotel & Estate in Clonakilty is set amongst stunning landscaped gardens, including a winding path that leads down to their fabulous wedding space The Fernery, complete with gorgeous big windows at one end which open onto lawns and a fountain. The stuff of dreams! No wonder Fernhill has been voted Europe’s Best Historic Wedding Venue! 💒
Dreams came true for the truly lovely Anita and David who tied the knot with a handfasting ceremony 📿 comprising of different coloured ribbons brought up by guests, a unity candle ceremony 🕯 and two readings. We enjoyed super live music from Delta String Quartet for the couple’s entrance, certificate signing, rituals and finale down the aisle! 🎶
In addition to their legal vows, Anita and David also included reading personal vows they had written for each other 📖
It was a windy day, which only added to the atmosphere inside The Fernery, and the sun shone as guests gathered outside to toast the bride and groom on their first day of marriage 💜✨
