Why am I drawn to doing this?

Through Reiki, I work with the body’s energy system.

Our chakras are organs of the soul, they give physical expressions of emotional experiences.

With chakras, we work from the inside out.
We get to listen to our body.

The Root is our Base Chakra.

This is where we begin. This is what supports everything else.

There’s also a deep connection between the root chakra and your nervous system.

And I’ve seen, both personally and through my work, how everything begins to shift when the body feels safe.

When your body feels safe, everything changes — your thoughts, your energy, your ability to receive.

My Root Chakra Journey 🤍

I felt called to come back to my foundation.
Life can pull us in so many directions that we forget to feel… safe.

Safe in our body. Safe in stillness. Safe in just being.
This journey reminded me—
there is no quick fix for the root.

It’s not mindset.
It’s not pushing through.
It’s slowing down… regulating the nervous system…
and meeting your body where it’s at.

I noticed how much I was in “go mode”…
rushing, doing, thinking…
Until I paused and reminded myself—
I am safe. There is no rush.

Letting go of control and just trust.
Allowing myself to receive.
Filling my own cup again 💖
