S O L D! I can’t believe I’m saying this but this new statement piece “Ronnie and his technicolour coat” sold today. 🥳 I created it for this new collection especially for I didn’t even get a chance to put it in my website. I had only just finished it. It’s going to a lovely couple to its forever home in Westport. They fell in love with Ronnie and that was it. 🥰 It’s very hard to explain the magic when someone truly connects with a piece you created from your heart from your soul! It’s humbling and heartwarming and I’m full of gratitude this evening. I never take it for granted. So now I need to replace it for the next 4 days. I really should have had a Plan B in place 🙈It’s going to be an early start as I have to rearrange my feature wall as another piece sold too which I’ll share as a separate post. So drill will be coming back with me in the morning. It will be all grand.🤞 Hopefully see some of you there. I really enjoyed chatting to everyone today. It was a lovely atmosphere in the craft village. So drop by and say hello if you get a chance

Just spent a lovely morning at the official opening of St Marys Special School in Navan. It was lovely to be invited back after completing all the murals last year inspired by the famous book by Charlie Mackesy “The boy, the mole, the fox and the horse”. It was lovely to hear from the teachers how much the students enjoy them. It was so kind of to give his blessing on this project. It’s a fantastic state of the art school and the students gave a beautiful performance on stage today. It was an honour to be a tiny part of it and humbled to get a little mention on their plaque at the entrance. 🥰

It was a lovely afternoon spent representing Meath Made with other members including Caoimhe Delany from We are Meath’s first official creative collective with over 40 members. The collective is made up of various crafters designers and artists. We have wood turning, pottery, weaving, ceramic artists, glass artists, soap makers, jewellery designers, artists, felting, crochet and much much more.
